Relax Deep Into 2010:  Special New Years Day Restorative and Meditation Class

Friday, January 1, 2010 (3:00 pm - 4:30 pm)

Bring the New Year in with balance . . . come and experience the joy of new beginnings with a restorative practice and guided meditation.

This class will focus on poses that will reduce stress, relax your mind, and rejuvenate the body.  The class will end with a guided meditation to start the New Year with a peaceful mind and a higher sense of purpose.  Make this winter a time for restoration, deep reflection, and planning for the New Year
